In the 1990s, Peter James MacCracken, APR and Scott L. McGaugh built a highly respected firm with $1 million in annual billings before merging with a major advertising agency. Previously he headed the public relations divisions of two of San Diego’s largest agencies and managed publications for Scripps Memorial Hospitals. He earned a B.A. from Albion College (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and an M.A. from the UC Santa Barbara, both in research psychology. He is also a published, prize-winning photographer.
